I am a UK viewer, & I have just watched the 2nd episode of the Blake Mysteries.. Whilst there is nothing wrong with Nadine Garner, she is a good actress & played the part as well as she ever has, I have to say that the programme does not hold the same kind of appeal without Craig Mclachlan in the lead role of DR.BLAKE. His character has been built up over much of the series as is he relationship with Mrs Beasley and the other characters, to replace or introduce another Dr. would not be the same. It doesnt seem like anything has gone forward for this accusation towards him. I guess thats the way the world is now youre guilty even when youre not. Blake and McLachlan in the role. So what will Craig be doing instead? Totally agree and the series will not be the same without him.
